Applications
PE Keder can be evaluated for polyethylene tarpaulins, lightweight industrial covers, flexible partitions, temporary enclosures, agricultural or storage covers and custom rail-mounted textile products.
Material and Fabrication Review
Provide the full PE fabric and coating data, including grade information where available. State whether the panel will be welded, sewn, bonded or assembled using more than one method.
Because PE surfaces can require specific joining conditions, a sample programme should confirm seam formation, peel direction, rail fit and finished handling. Required operating temperature or weathering performance must be supported by appropriate evidence.
Quality and Compatibility
Inspection can cover material identity, profile dimensions, flap geometry, joining appearance, roll presentation and sample fit. Mechanical or environmental acceptance criteria must be defined before testing.
